Our trainers and instructors are certified in pre/postnatal fitness and pilates.  Pre/postnatal programs are customised to your needs based on your general fitness and lifestyle history. 

Training programs during pregnancy are designed to reduce backaches, constipation, bloating, and swelling.  Boosts your mood and energy levels, and helps you sleep better. 

Postnatal programs (subject to your doctor’s approval to start exercise) are designed to restore muscle strength, firm and tone your body, and awaken your abdominal muscles.  Programs are customised to your needs and goals, whether it be weight loss or getting you back to your pre-baby activities.
